Books We Recommend

There are some very good books that can help you deal with your eating disorder. We recommend only the books that we are familiar with and that others with bulimia and eating disorders have reported were of great help to them.

This website is provided by a private non-profit foundation, which was founded by a survivor of many years of dealing with bulimia.
